Soft Tissue Therapy
If you are suffering with chronic muscle tension, repetitive strain injuries, low back pain, neck pain, headaches, everyday stress or have been in a motor vehicle accident you most likely have some degree of soft tissue involvement. After a complete consultation, history, examination and diagnosis are performed I will focus on the primary areas of involvement. I utilize soft tissue techniques which may include therapeutic stretching, trigger point release, cross-fiber friction and muscle stripping. These techniques will soften and release scar tissue and you will experience increased circulation, increased range of motion and strength and relief of your symptoms.

Custom foot orthotics are inserts for your shoes that correct the way you stand, walk or run. Your feet provide the foundation for your entire body and do an enormous amount of work each day. Vibration Exercise
Are you looking for a new addition to your current work-out?
Dr. Vanessa Toronto chiropractor and Pilates instructor is now offering vibration exercise programs with state of art technology by Jet-Vibe.
How does vibration exercise work?
Vibration fitness provides greater muscle-activation when compared to conventional training. This means that you need less time to work your muscle groups thoroughly. A ten minute workout on our vibration fitness machine is equivalent to a one hour work out at the gym. These vibrations result in rapid and intense muscle fiber contraction 10-50 per second. This burns more energy and creates greater strength improvements all with minimal stress on the joints and ligaments. Many different positions both static and dynamic can be done on the vibration fitness machine including standing, sitting, kneeling, lying, and placing your hands on it.
