How does vibration exercise work?
Vibration fitness provides greater muscle-activation when compared to conventional training. This means that you need less time to work your muscle groups thoroughly. A ten minute workout on our vibration fitness machine is equivalent to a one hour work out at the gym. These vibrations result in rapid and intense muscle fiber contraction 10-50 per second. This burns more energy and creates greater strength improvements all with minimal stress on the joints and ligaments. Many different positions both static and dynamic can be done on the vibration fitness machine including standing, sitting, kneeling, lying, and placing your hands on it.
